As a small family business we have concentrated on service rather than expansion. Our well stocked showroom enables you to view a full product range and discuss your requirements with a knowledgeable family member (most of us have spent our entire working life with the company!!) Our aim is for you to be completely happy with any work undertaken by us on your behalf and to this end we offer a complete range of products to enable us to assist you enhance the appearance and comfort of your home. Whether it be box sash or crittall/steel windows you are replacing, whether you are aiming for modern clean lines or a traditional character appearance, we will have the product to achieve your vision, from by-folding doors to astrical Georgian bar, from huge feature arched windows to matching stained glass patterns.

We are of course members of the Glass and Glazing Federation as well as being a FENSA, BFRC and BSI registered company. Thus we offer all the advantages of a much larger company while still maintaining the personal touch.

Our customer service is second to none and a member of our small team is always available to discuss any issues of concern with you. All our products and workmanship come fully guaranteed for ten years.

Supply Only

We also offer our full product range on a supply only basis to both trade and the public. Additionally, we offer a free surveying and delivery service.
Company

Roberts Windows is a family run business. Initially contract glaziers in the 1970s, the business evolved to window replacement in the 1980s, moving from Hayes to Beckenham and expanding to the current two premises at Upper Elmers End Road. Our company ethos is to offer reliable, efficient service backed by unrivalled know how and experience at a reasonable price and with a complete range of product choice to all our customers.

Clive Roberts the founder and Managing Director of the Company is always ready to assist customers with the benefit of his expertise and vast knowledge gained over many years in the industry.

Gary has spent all his working life around the firm and has trained as a fitter and manager having extensive knowledge of all aspects of the industry.
